SYMPTOMS Npptools.dll is missing when Windows Vista try to launch the Client Software for H.264 DVR. This hotfix applies to the model listed below:

1) Make sure installing the software under Administrator. 2) Under Windows Vista OS, after you have installed the client program, npptools.dll is required to launch the software. Simply download the Npptools.dll, and put it under C:\Program Files\Client Software(V4.01). Npptools.dll can be downloaded here. |
